Fighting Poverty With Faith Week

Fighting Poverty with Faith: A Week of Action

Resources Now Available!

Rev. Larry Snyder <poverty@catholiccharitiesusa.org>

As part of our Campaign to Reduce Poverty in America, Catholic Charities USA is joining 19 other national faith-based organizations in an interfaith week of action, Sept. 10-Sept. 16.

The goal of the week is to elevate the issue of poverty in the 2008 election debate. It will urge candidates for local, state, and national office to outline what, if elected, they will do in their first 100 days in office to address poverty in America.
