Saturday (Sept. 20)
Healing ceremony, 10 a.m.
Lecture: Buddhism in a Nutshell, 2 p.m.
Lecture: Introduction to Meditation, 3 p.m.
Movie, 5 p.m. (name to be announced shortly)

Sunday (Sept. 21)
Lecture: Taming Monkey Mind, 2 p.m.
Discussion: Exploring Peace, 3 p.m.
Followed immediately by Peace Art, an artistic activity anyone can enjoy!
Taste of Tibet: Enjoy traditional Tibetan food prepared by monks, 6p.m.

All talks and Taste of Tibet: $10 suggested donation

All event proceeds will support the Monastery & Heritage Center building project
